Shipping & Returns

We currently ship within Canada and the United States.

Order Processing:

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day

Estimated Delivery Times:

• Canada: 2–7 business days
• United States: 4–8 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on destination, weather conditions, carrier delays, or peak periods.

Once your order has shipped, tracking details will be sent to your email address.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping information is accurate at checkout. EIVOGE is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect address details.

At EIVOGE, we are committed to delivering premium-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction.

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return:

• The product must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging
• All accessories, manuals, inserts, and protective materials must be included
• Proof of purchase is required

Returns will not be accepted for:

• Products showing signs of use or damage caused after delivery
• Items returned without original packaging
• Final sale, promotional, or clearance items

Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note:

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived defective or damaged
